Design
At Wentworth’s we love designing new rings for our clients. Using the traditions of the past and the latest technology, we can create a computer design of your ring and print a wax model of it. You can see exactly how your ring will look before it's made.
It doesn’t matter how long it takes to achieve; you can always make changes to your design until you are completely happy with it. We strive for excellence and your happiness is important to us.
Ring Size
Don’t let getting the wrong size put you off surprising your loved one! If you are unsure of the correct ring size, we are more than happy to help. We can provide you with a complimentary sizer to measure the ring size and if required resize your ring after the proposal. In some cases we will remake the ring free of charge with our compliments.
Diamonds
Buying a diamond online can be financially devastating if you get it wrong! We give assurance that what you have chosen is what you will receive. Our diamonds are sourced from leading diamond laboratories around the world and come with a certificate of authenticity.
We require that all diamonds are prepaid before we purchase on your behalf. Each diamond will be personally inspected before our supplier is paid and you will be issued with a GST receipt. Transport insurance is covered from our supplier to our door. Take the time to search our diamonds online and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Manufacture
The making of your partners engagement ring is special and symbolic of your love. Wentworth’s invites you to make your very own ring! We can guide you through the process to hand make the shank (round part) of the ring before it is set with stones and finished.
We are amongst only a handful of jewellers left in the world today that offer this highly specialist service. It’s our way of making a special memory for you that can be shared with those you love.
The Ring
Once your ring is complete, we will issue you with an insurance valuation and diamond report for your records. We also can recommend insurance if required.

After Sales Support
After sales support is very important us and of course you. The ring may need resizing (first time is free of charge). We will do our upmost best to turn it around quickly because we know you’ll want to show it off to everyone!
At this time, we also recommend you engrave on the inner side of the ring, a date or a few words of some significates to you both.
Care For Your Ring
Your can easily maintain your ring at home by gently cleaning it with dish washing liquid, warm water, and a soft bristle toothbrush. We also recommend purchasing one of our beautiful Italian handmade jewellery boxes to keep your ring in while at home.
Be sure to bring your ring in each year for a free check-up to ensure it stays the best. For white gold we charge $140 per ring to rhodium plate 9k 12k 18k white gold. This treatment roughly lasts for around 14 months depending on day-to-day wear.
